Stretch therapy involves one-on-one assisted table stretching to improve flexibility and alignment, and to decrease joint stiffness and muscle tightness. From head-to-toe, we take a systematic approach that includes stretching of the muscles, remodeling of the fascia (connective tissue), neural re-patterning, and relaxation. You'll experience the freedom of movement that comes with having wider range of motion and joint mobility. At the end of your session, you'll be given some key stretches to continue doing at home or as part of your exercise routine to help make long-lasting changes. Our specialized stretching technique is performed by a licensed massage therapist and certified yoga instructor.
