A Team Approach to Staying Healthy and Active!
Our physical therapy team treats a wide variety of sports, orthopedic, and mild neurological conditions for patients of all ages. Our licensed therapists have received additional training in several areas including: spine disorders, pediatric sports medicine and concussion syndrome, pre- and post-natal health and fitness, geriatrics, joint replacements, balance disorders, pelvic floor, and the Pilates method. We focus on treating the entire body, not just the symptoms at hand, to improve overall wellness and function.
Fusing traditional and alternative approaches, we provide the latest exercise and manual therapy techniques. You may also integrate therapeutic massage, Pilates, and/or yoga into your physical therapy sessions. All sessions are one-on-one in order for our practitioners to monitor proper form, posture, and biomechanics for greatest success.
Our therapists will thoroughly evaluate your posture and alignment, gait, balance, strength and flexibility to create a treatment plan. A customized home exercise program is developed with digital photographs of you to print out or keep on your computer or phone for easy access at all times. Since we all have busy and active lives, we will minimize the amount of time you need to spend in therapy, and provide you with the knowledge and tools to guide your own treatment outside of the clinic. The end result is a healthier, more active you!
