Baby Boot Camp
We also partner with Baby Boot Camp offering stroller fitness and nutrition programs. Baby Boot Camp is an innovative stroller fitness program that helps moms regain or enhance pre-pregnancy fitness levels and meet the physical challenges of parenting by emphasizing strength training in a supportive environment.
The cardio drills, ab work, strength training, and stretches give you a total body workout! Exercise modifications can be made for prenatal clients or for moms with any level of fitness. It’s a great way to stay in shape, meet new moms, and spend time with your baby.
