Royal Potato Salad
Potato – Potahto. We’ve had our fair share of potato salads and while it is a classic, most recipes are not designed to be both healthy and interesting. Luckily we discovered Chef Yotam Ottolenghi’s recipe from his latest vegetarian cook book “Plenty” – about whole, natural foods with fresh and vibrant flavors. This Royal Potato Salad is sure to impress all at your next family dinner or outdoor BBQ.
