Tamara has more than 10 years experience teaching Pilates and eight practicing CranioSacral Therapy. She acquired her Pilates training at STOTT Pilates, and worked under internationally-known Master Instructor John Garey before launching her own practice.
She received her CranioSacral Therapy training at The Upledger Institute, pioneers in this therapy that uses gentle touch to relieve pain and dysfunction in the body, promoting self-healing and self-regulating for improved whole-body health and performance.
